Discover How Your Talents Can Transform The Solar Industry

Join iPower Energy as a Solar Energy Consultant

As a Solar Energy Consultant, your major commitments typically revolve around ensuring customer satisfaction and driving solar energy adoption. Here are four key commitments that are commonly expected from our Solar Sales Consultants:

Customer Education: Your first commitment is to educate potential customers about solar energy and its benefits. This involves explaining how solar power works, its cost-saving potential, environmental advantages, available government incentives, and the installation process. You should also address any concerns or questions the customers may have.

System Customization: Each customer's solar energy needs and preferences may differ. Your commitment is to analyze the customer's energy consumption patterns, evaluate their property's solar potential, and design a customized solar system that best suits their requirements. This involves assessing roof space, shading issues, and any other relevant factors to optimize the system's performance.

Proposal Development: Once you have gathered all the necessary information, you need to prepare a comprehensive proposal for the customer. This commitment involves presenting a detailed overview of the proposed solar system, including the equipment specifications, installation timeline, and pricing details. The proposal should be clear, transparent, and tailored to meet the customer's specific needs.

Ongoing Customer Support: Your commitment to customer satisfaction doesn't end with the sale. As a solar sales consultant, you should provide ongoing support to your customers. This includes assisting with the permitting and interconnection processes, coordinating with installation teams, and ensuring a smooth transition to solar energy. Additionally, you should be available to address any post-installation concerns or questions that may arise.
