iPower Energy is building canvassing teams across multiple markets and we're hiring Canvassers who are go-getters and motivated by success.

Do you know solar? Are you charismatic and fearless? Are you adaptable? Can work independently and as part of a team? Are you a natural born leader? If so, we want to here from you. As one of our Canvassers, you will be compensated very generously to generate leads through door-knocking and networking.

 

POSITION DETAILS

Base + Commission + Performance Based Bonus

 

Our Canvasser's gross compensation is paid weekly and includes - a monthly base - a commission per kW on personal appointments that lead to a sale, paid upon verified installations - plus a performance based bonus earned for meeting quota

 

BENEFITS

• Base + Commission + Performance Based Bonus

• $30,000 - $65,000 per year

• Healthcare benefit allowance

• Dental benefit allowance

• Monday to Friday

• Transportation available

• 1099-contractor
   

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a valid drivers license

• Age 18 or over and a US Citizen

• English/ Spanish bilingual is a plus, but not required

• Ability to simply and effectively communicate the benefits of solar

• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence people from all diverse types of backgrounds

• Highly organized and accountable

• The ability to use your time productively and efficiently

• Can-do, positive attitude; personable and flexible to changing demands of the business

 

RESPONSIBILITIES​

• Be a solar lead generating guru and provide quality residential solar leads to iPower Energy, through door to door marketing

• Work closely with the Canvassing Manager to coordinate appointments and report on daily success

• Articulate solar energy and its benefits to homeowners

• Use assigned project management software platform to schedule appointments, record details and status for every lead generated
