As an Executive Sales Consultant – You’ll focus on generating your own leads and confirming your own appointments within a module or territory building customized solar quotes, networking, and building relationships that radiate trust. You’ll sit with homeowners to understand their needs and deliver customized solar solutions that are dependent on the needs of the customer.  With your own web address, you move different. You march to the beat of your own drum and we make sure that you have all of the resources and support needed to be effective.

POSITION DETAILS

This is a commission only 1099 position

 

We are recruiting enthusiastic, independent working, self-motivated individuals for the Executive Sales Consultant position. Candidates in this role think long and keep their focus on the journey more than the outcome.

Filling (5) positions immediately for: Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, Moreno Valley, Hemet, Beaumont

 

  • Part-time or Full-time

  • Base-pay + commission for every green deal

  • Our Executive Sales Consultants make $8,000 - $16,000/month. That's only 5 to 10 green deals every month

  • Paid Training

  • Must have a valid drivers license

  • Age 18 or over and a US Citizen

  • English/ Spanish bilingual is a plus, but not required

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and develop self-generated leads and appointments with potential iPower Energy customers

  • Conduct thorough sales presentations in-home or online via Zoom

  • Sell the right way - Assess and offer a solution that is based on transparency and the real needs of the customer

  • Build productive long lasting relationships that translate into referrals

  • Clearly and accurately document and report customer interactions via our CRM tool

  • Attend required trainings

  • Engage in local proactive lead generation events

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Must have a positive reputation amongst the homeowner community

  • Must have or be able to obtain an HIS (Home Improvement Sales) license. Pending application okay

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1 year of sales experience

  • Proven track record of sales and/or lead generation experience

  • In-home and/or solar sales experience preferred

  • Must have a laptop or tablet workstation with built in WiFi 

  • Must be technologically savvy with an ability to quickly master new systems

  • Must be able to spend approximately 80% of work time traveling within your local area

  • Must be available to take appointments in the evening, weekends, and some holidays

  • Must have and maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check

  • Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license
