As a Canvassing Manager, you will be compensated very generously to oversee, train, develop multiple personnel on your team, and open new markets.

 

POSITION DETAILS

Base + Commission + Bonus

 

Canvassing Managers earn commission on the overall installation volume generated through the appointments they schedule and through appointments scheduled by the team they train and develop.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a valid drivers license

• Age 18 or over and a US Citizen

• English/ Spanish bilingual is a plus, but not required

• Ability to simply and effectively communicate the benefits of solar

• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence people from all diverse types of backgrounds

• Highly organized and accountable

• The ability to use your time productively and efficiently

• Can-do, positive attitude; personable and flexible to changing demands of the business

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Become a solar lead generating guru and provide quality residential leads to iPower Energy and effectively train and develop your team members to do the same

• Train, develop, and motivate your team on the best lead generation practices through canvassing

• Participate in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new canvassers

• Use company software to manage new leads, document the outcome of the conversations, and schedule appointments
